Scenario
The CLI is enough for one engineer. Cloudsmiths now has 6 cloud accounts, three teams, and a CISO asking for one place to see posture and compliance. You'll introduce Prowler Cloud, explain the architecture, and lay out the editions (Open Source, Prowler Cloud, Prowler Private Cloud) so the team can pick the right one.
Learning objectives
- Describe the Prowler architecture (UI, API, workers, scheduler, databases, MCP server).
- Name the editions and products: Prowler CLI, Prowler Local Server, Prowler Cloud, Prowler Private Cloud, Prowler for MSPs and MSSPs.
- Identify which features are open source and which need a Prowler Cloud / Private Cloud subscription.
- Explain how Prowler Cloud is billed and decide when to move from CLI to Prowler Cloud.
